Who is this program for?

This diploma is perfect for anyone with a passion for fitness looking to build a professional career. It’s ideal for aspiring personal trainers, fitness enthusiasts wanting deeper knowledge, and current athletes or coaches aiming to enhance their skills.

To enroll, you’ll need a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or an equivalent qualification. Applicants should also be at least 18 years old and have a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry.

We offer flexible options to fit your schedule. The full-time program can be completed in 6 months, while the part-time option takes 9 months.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Alison Caroline Institute’s Diploma in Personal Training & Nutrition For Physical Activity, a well-regarded qualification in the East African wellness industry.
