Recovery is part of performance. This program trains you to deliver sports massage techniques that ease muscle tension, improve mobility, and support injury prevention for active clients.

You’ll learn anatomy-based treatment approaches, client assessment, hands-on methods, and aftercare guidance, giving you the confidence to work in gyms, clinics, or wellness spaces.

Who is this program for?

This program is perfect for anyone passionate about anatomy, sports science, and manual therapy. It is ideal for aspiring sports massage therapists, existing personal trainers looking to expand their services, physical therapy assistants, and athletes who want to understand the science of recovery and injury prevention.

To enroll, you’ll need a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or an equivalent qualification. Applicants should also be at least 18 years old and have a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry.

We offer flexible options to fit your schedule. The full-time program can be completed in 6 months, while the part-time option takes 9 months.

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Alison Caroline Institute’s Diploma in Personal Training & Nutrition For Physical Activity, a well-regarded qualification in the East African wellness industry.
