Who is this program for?
This program is perfect for dedicated Pilates students aspiring to become professional instructors. It is also ideal for dancers, personal trainers, physical therapists, and other wellness professionals seeking to integrate the powerful principles of Pilates into their practice.
What are the admission requirements?
To enroll, you’ll need a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or an equivalent qualification. Applicants should also be at least 18 years old and have a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry.
How long does the program take to complete?
We offer flexible options to fit your schedule. The full-time program can be completed in 6 months, while the part-time option takes 9 months.
What certification will I receive?
Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Alison Caroline Institute’s Diploma in Personal Training & Nutrition For Physical Activity, a well-regarded qualification in the East African wellness industry.
